Meetings - half or full day

An all-day meeting in one of our modern meeting rooms typically runs from 8 AM to 5 PM, while a half-day meeting is either in the morning from 8 AM to 12 PM or in the afternoon from 1 PM to 5 PM. If you prefer other times of the day, we can arrange that as well.

We offer a full meeting package that includes full board, including:

• Morning buffet
• Coffee, tea, and water during the meeting in lounge areas
• Lunch with a beverage
• Afternoon buffet
• Water in the conference room
• Use of the conference room and lounge areas
• Standard AV equipment
• Technical assistance

Our reception staff and conference host will also provide you with any additional services you may need during the meeting.
